We work with civil society organisations and individuals to focus on NCDs policy and implementation in South Africa. Public policy that is responsive to the all of our health needs and the illnesses we face.

The SANCDA is a non-governmental organisation formed in 2013 that advocates for equitable non-communicable diseases (NCDs) prevention and treatment in South Africa. Seven years ago, four trusted NCDs advocacy organisations with over 200 years of service to South Africa established a civil society partnership. The founding members are the Cancer Association of South Africa, Diabetes SA,  the Heart and Stroke Foundation SA and PHANGO. A formal signed collaboration agreement exists the founding partners to collaborate (2015) but needs updating.
