The South African Non-Communicable Diseases Alliance (SANCDA) was born in July 2013 with the parents being trusted South African NGOs called the NCDs Elders (aka Founding Partners). The SANCDA was born in response to the worsening NCDs epidemic in South Africa needing a united response from people who know for the people who suffer.Together we have almost 200 years of service an experience serving out people.Supported by a grant awarded from the NCD Alliance, which is supported by generous funding from Medtronic Philanthropies. The SANCDA is working with civil society and key stakeholders to fight the epidemic of NCDs in South Africa.
